AACC is able to reseal most brands and types of auto air conditioning compressors. Resealed units are fully dismantled, cleaned and inspected enabling us to check thoroughly - if the unit is resealable. In cases where faults are found, AACC will notify the customer of our recommendations as some units may require remanufacturing.

Resealed units are reassembled using R134A compatible seals. They are then pressure tested to 2500kpa (approx. 360psi), R134A compatible oil (Ester or Pag) is added. Resealed units are not Bench Tested.

Resealed units carry a limited 3-month warranty. Warranty covers the replacement of faulty seals only. Warranty does not cover the labour to remove and replace the compressor, freight, regassing and/or other parts eg. receiver drier.

Resealed units average a 24 hour turn around time.
