AACC in most situations can provide an exchange remanufactured unit. In the event of a unit not being available 'off the shelf', AACC can remanufacture a replacement in 2 to 3 days.

Remanufactured units are fully rebuilt using R134A compatible seals and oils. They are pressure tested to 2500kpa (360psi), and bench tested.

Exchange remanufactured units carry a limited twelve (12) months/20,000km warranty and conditions apply. In the event of a warranty claim, AACC reserves the right to treat each claim on its own merits.

Another Service we provide now is coil rewinding. A compressor clutch consists of 3 main parts, Part 1 - field coil, Part 2 - pulley, Part 3 - armature or clutch plate. In some instantances the field coil fails, this is not normally available as a seperate item from suppliers, only as a complete assembly. We are able to remanufacture field coils to either 12 or 24 volt applications.
